We had a lovely time relaxing by the horse field with a glass of wine on our first night and appreciated how the hosts helped us order taxis. The garden area was beautiful, and we loved the leisure room for some quiet downtime. The king room was a tad small for all its charm, but it didn't take away from our great experience overall. 😊

I loved how easy it was to walk to parks and visit lovely landmarks like St Mary's Church, which is only about 3 km away, and I found the service friendly, making my solo trip even more enjoyable.

Charming, Charming, Charming
The King Room with Garden View was a dreamy escape, offering both cozy comfort and a beautiful sight of lush greenery. I adored sipping fresh morning tea while gazing at horses grazing just outside. Breakfast was a delight too, with delightful chats over homemade treats that made me feel at home!

Charming Stay on the Countryside
We enjoyed a peaceful night in a cozy double room. The distinct smell from the pump system reminded us of our rural setting, adding to the charm. Be sure to explore local dining options. the nearby café served delightful breakfast pastries!

It was just a smart choice for a short weekend trip in Norwich with good value for the price. The shower had its quirks, but it was refreshing after a long day. Just be prepared for a unique setup with drainage and smells from the pump system.

pretty location, peaceful ambiance, horse field views
The signage outside could use a dramatic upgrade!!! It was overly challenging to locate the property. the shower head is in dire need of replacement—water sprays all over instead of even coverage!!!

I recently spent a lovely night in the King Room with Garden View. The location was peaceful and perfect for a quick getaway. The room itself was spotless and well-furnished. It had a beautiful view of the garden, and I enjoyed relaxing there. Sam, the host, went the extra mile for us, providing a delicious buffet breakfast with bacon sandwiches as we had to leave early. I really appreciated that. the room felt a bit cramped for the lovely four-poster bed it housed. Just a bit more space would have made it more comfortable. the shower had a temperamental control, which could be a bit frustrating. Regardless, my stay was truly relaxing, and the hosts were friendly, which made the experience enjoyable.

Oh mate, the sandwiches were top-notch, and the cooked breakfast? Absolute banger! Flopped down by the horse field with a glass of wine, just what the doctor ordered. The hosts were a proper lovely bunch, always ready to lend a hand!
Only wished we could’ve stayed longer, but the shower had a bit of a moody temperament, and the bed wasn't quite as comfy as we'd hoped. Still, the charm of the place made it a minor hiccup!

Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement
I enjoyed my two-night stay in the King Room, which offered a lovely garden view. The four-poster bed was beautiful, although the room felt a bit cramped. Breakfast was delightful but portion sizes could be larger.
